02 Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal data we process through our website (www.gaminggrowth.com) and when you contact us by email or through our contact form. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or the separate processing we carry out on behalf of our clients under our service agreements — where, for their advertising and user-acquisition data, we typically act as a processor and the client is the controller.

03 Data we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the data you provide, which may include:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your company name and role (if provided);
  • the content of your message and any follow-up correspondence.

When you visit the website, certain data is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5), which may include your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, referring URLs, and how you interact with the site.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly as a result.

06 Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (processors) who act on our instructions — for example our website hosting provider, email provider, and the analytics/advertising providers listed above;
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers or accountants, where necessary;
  • Authorities or third parties where we are legally required to do so, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where a third party acts as our processor, we put a data processing agreement in place as required by Article 28 GDPR.

07 International transfers

Some of our providers (such as Google and Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. You can request more information using the contact details below.

08 How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Enquiry correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required (for example to comply with the statutory retention obligations under Dutch law) or to handle a dispute. Analytics and marketing data is retained according to each provider’s settings and our configured retention period.

09 Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data in certain circumstances;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@gaminggrowth.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. We may need to verify your identity first.

10 Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Children

Our website is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
